Meeple & Mug: Board Game Cafe Simulator

A Unity 6 WebGL management simulation about running a fictional UK board-game café.

Project information

Build and operate a board-game café where customer groups arrive, choose games, order food and drinks, attend events and become regulars. The management loop continues between days through reports, upgrades, a board-game market and increasingly capable robot assistants.

  • Customer groups, table seating and one board game per table
  • Board-game library, purchasing and replacement decisions
  • Food and drink preparation, service, payment and table needs
  • Events including social and quiz-style café nights
  • Between-days reports, upgrades and planning
  • Coffee, kitchen and host robot automation progression
  • 3D café presentation with title screen, city intro and fixed overview camera

Accessible Days Out

A mobile-first map that helps people find mainstream days out with clearer accessibility facts, unknowns and confidence signals.

Project information

Accessible Days Out separates discovery, accessibility evidence and confidence. Visitors can search for everyday and leisure venues, see fact-level access information, understand what remains unknown and inspect where the information came from instead of receiving an unsupported ‘accessible’ label.

  • Place, postcode and current-location search
  • Leaflet map, marker clustering and mobile-friendly map/list presentation
  • Venue details with per-fact access states, confidence and source provenance
  • Explicit unknown states rather than assumptions
  • Saved accessibility preferences and personalised relevance indicators
  • Local-device favourites and a public feedback flow
  • Nearby accessible-toilet and transport support context kept separate from venue claims
  • Chesterfield-focused quality zone supported by broader data imports

Now Practice Companion

A private, local-first presence practice companion for returning attention to the present moment.

Project information

Designed for one person across a Windows PC and an iPhone Home Screen PWA on the same home network, Now Practice Companion turns moments of resistance, triggering, low mood or mental overload into short awareness-first practices. It deliberately avoids accounts, cloud tracking, paid AI, gamification and spiritual scoring.

  • Return Now, Triggered and Pain-body practice flows with real timers
  • One Thing for turning mental overload into one available action
  • Rule-based Mirror reflection and Before I Send reactivity pause
  • Low Mood Mode plus daily and weekly Review
  • Local SQLite persistence, backups and Obsidian export
  • A narrow IndexedDB offline queue for safe writes during brief server loss
  • Optional generic Presence Bells notifications
  • Trusted local HTTPS and iPhone Home Screen PWA operation
